C’est une vision à la fois critique et poétique, où l’ironie du surréalisme révèle la fragilité humaine face au pouvoir, mais aussi la persistance de la lumière au cœur de l’ombre.

This painting offers a surreal glimpse into today’s world. A Russian soldier, a judge with a long nose, a whistleblower imprisoned behind bars, handcuffs ready to close… and yet, nature remains, and the sun keeps shining — a symbol of hope.
It is both a critical and poetic vision, where surreal irony exposes human fragility in the face of power, but also the quiet persistence of light within darkness.
