L’inspiration pour cette peinture m’est venue en écoutant la chanson « Roll on Buddy » d’Eric Bibb, parue sur l’album In the Real World (2024).
La toile évoque le mouvement, la route, la complicité et la persévérance. Les formes arrondies et joyeuses flottent sur un fond doré, comme des compagnons de voyage dans un univers imaginaire.
C’est une célébration du rythme intérieur, de la lumière qui persiste malgré les détours du chemin – un élan vers l’avant, sincère et humain, porté par la musique du blues et la douceur du cœur.
Description – ENGLISH:
This painting was inspired by Eric Bibb’s song “Roll on Buddy,” from his 2024 album In the Real World.
It evokes movement, companionship, and perseverance. The rounded, joyful shapes float over a golden background like traveling friends in an imaginary landscape.
It is a celebration of inner rhythm, of the light that endures through life’s winding paths – a sincere, human forward motion carried by the warmth of blues and the tenderness of the heart.
